Windscreen rubbers secure a piece of glass into a metal frame of a vehicle. Consisting of a rubber attachment and a key, the rubber is inserted into a groove, with the key needing a special tool for proper positioning.
Before purchase, one needs to measure the thickness of the glass and metal frame and allow for the size of the window rubber, calculated by the total Gap measurement.
The key is inserted into a groove running the length of the windscreen rubber, secured with a special tool (available for purchase or hire).
