Windscreen rubbers are used when fitting a glass window into the metallic frame of a car. They are commonly used to fit the back windows of vans or static side windows. The product consists of two components - the rubber attached to the glass and frame, and the 'key' for fixation.
Make sure to know the thickness of the glass and frame before ordering this product, and allow for the size of the rubber when cutting the glass. Calculate the total width (Gap) and multiply it by 2 for both glass panel dimensions.
The key needs to be positioned with a specially designed tool, this can purchased either online or in store or available for hire in store - please to our friendly team for further information in regards to Windscreen Tool Hire.
