3M General Trim Adhesive comes in a convenient to use spray can, net weight 513g.
This product is a high strength spray adhesive which dries clear, with good heat and water resistance and a low VOC. It is perfect for bonding automotive materials such as carpeting, jute pads, fabrics and plastics to metal and other surfaces.
When sprayed, this product has a lace spray pattern and a controlled spray width, and once in place has good soak in control which minimises the possibility of bleed through. The nozzle has three settings - low, medium and high, which refers to how wide the spray of glue is when issued from the nozzle.
To achieve best results you will need to wait until the glue goes 'tacky' (about 1-3 minutes depending on weather conditions), then carefully line the surfaces up and when they are in the correct alignment, press firmly together. The drying time will largely depend on the atmospheric conditions at the time.
